I have gambled on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it basically impossible to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the casino, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets very enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a few years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.
Bet $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar wager
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager
Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Wager $20
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager
Bet $40
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Bet $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
