I have enjoyed millions of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have wagered on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at 21. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this method or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy blackjack. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a few years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Wager $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet
Wager 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 bet
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original $40 bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the first $80 wager
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
