I have played millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of cash at 21. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this method or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy blackjack. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this tactic! And a few months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet

Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of $10

Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet

Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar bet

Wager twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar

Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager

Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first $160 bet

If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!

It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
