I have wagered on millions of rounds of twenty-one. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at 21. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.
I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this method or defeat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a number of years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can give up much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Bet 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Wager $5
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first $20 wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first $80 bet
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up $315 !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
