I have wagered on millions of rounds of 21. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely fun at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a few years back with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can relinquish a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the streaks you witness wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 10 dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80
Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Bet $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
